Standard Orders

We want you to love what you bring home, but we know that's not always possible!  Check below to see if you can bring it back.

Unused, unopened merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 60 days of purchase with a receipt.  If you do not have a receipt, store credit will be issued.

We cannot accept any yarn that has been wound into cakes, used, or has missing labels.

Needles, crochet hooks, notions, books, patterns, and accessories must be unused and in their original packaging.

Gift cards, special orders, downloadable products, and clearance items are final sale.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If something isn’t right, we want to know.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Including photos of the item and packaging helps us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Classes & Events

 

Class registrations reserve your seat and help us prepare materials and staffing.

 

Cancellations made at least 72 hours before class may receive store credit.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or credits for cancellations made within 72 hours of the class or for no-shows.

 

If we need to cancel a class, you’ll receive the option of a full refund or store credit.
